Patient and explained everything calmly and answered any of questions.
Transition seems very difficult.
Attended Pre-op Assessment Clinic, the Staff were so lovely and caring, nothing was too much trouble. Explained all procedures thoroughly in a professional manner. Addressed my concerns and offered reassurance.
Clinic ran really well, very clean and tidy!
Was kept up to date and informed of everything that was happening.
Couldn’t fault the Staff or the department!
I worked for NHS for 30 years in qualified nurse capacity, all the Staff a credit to the NHS!
Thanks so much to all of them x
I would just like to thank each and every person for their kindness and help throughout the time I spent at ROH. Even when they were extremely busy, the staff remained kind, helpful and cheerful.
I thought my stay on the ward was great I've only been in hospital twice and both times have been the royal orthopaedic and both my stays have been great. I was treated with fantastic care and respect.
Everything was great.
No complaints.
All staff were great (especially Corroll).
The doctor was very good explaining the issues I had. The wait was extremely long for both x-ray and the doctor taking the appointment over two hours. This made me anxious as I only had two hours on my parking ticket.
Car parking should be paid for after the appointment.
Majority of staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Have waited a long time for medication on one occasion.
